Desktop Candy was created in early 2008 as a resource for lovers of kawaii art and illustration -- people who love all things cute, colorful and childlike.

Its purpose? To provide the public with access to a variety of unique, high-quality fun and playful desktops made by talented designers from around the globe... and to rid the world of boring wallpapers once and for all!

Desktop Candy houses the works of many artists. New entries are posted almost daily. To make the most of this resource, we highly recommend checking the Blog Archive. Artist portfolios will only be posted once, and only a sampling of their images will be selected... so as time passes, these artists may have more to offer.
